ClickUp pricing per user
ClickUp charges per user on its paid plans. In 2026 it moved to a new set of plans: Free Forever, Core, Business, Enterprise, and Max. The new plans bundle AI credits in place of the old AI add-ons.
ClickUp's help center says new Workspaces start on the new plans. Existing Workspaces keep their current plan and price until ClickUp upgrades them. This guide covers both sets, from ClickUp's pricing page on October 23, 2026. Live data is on the ClickUp pricing page on SaaS Price Watch.

Prices are per user, per month, in USD, billed annually.

The cards show each price next to a higher "Regular price" and the label "billed annually." The page we read did not show a monthly billing price for the new plans. Check the monthly toggle at checkout before you buy.

The same page carries the older plan cards, with both billing options:

ClickUp's help article says Workspaces that have not been upgraded keep their plan, features, and price. For upgraded Workspaces, price updates start at renewal and no earlier than January 2027. Some Workspaces get no price update. The owner gets an email, and the billing page shows a "See what changes" notice when a change applies.
What each new plan adds
- Free Forever: unlimited tasks and free members, docs, Kanban boards, sprints, time tracking, and 60 MB of storage.
- Core: custom fields and task types, unlimited storage, forms, and Gantt charts, ClickUp Chat, goals, guest permissions, and 1K automations a month.
- Business: advanced dashboards, webhooks, 10K automations a month, resource management, Google SSO, private views and docs, and timesheets.
- Enterprise: white labeling, custom roles, SAML SSO and SCIM, audit logs, HIPAA, and data residency.
- Max: every Enterprise control plus the full AI tier, with 10K credits per user a month.
Extra AI credits cost $10 per 10K credits on top of the seat price.
What a team pays on ClickUp
Monthly cost on the new plans, billed annually, with every seat paid:

For a year, 10 users on Core cost $1,080 and 10 users on Business cost $2,040.
On the older plans, 10 users on Unlimited cost $70 a month on yearly billing and $100 on monthly. On the older Business plan, 10 users cost $120 a month on yearly billing and $190 on monthly.
Core or Business?
Business costs $17 per user against $9 for Core. The gap pays for 10K automations in place of 1K, advanced dashboards, Google SSO, private views, and timesheets. A 7-person team pays $63 a month on Core or $119 on Business, billed annually.
If you need SAML SSO or SCIM, that sits in Enterprise, which goes through sales.
