Refund policy

Price alerts cost $9 a month. Polar (polar.sh) is our merchant of record. It runs checkout, billing, tax, and receipts.

14-day refund

If you ask within 14 days of a charge, we refund that charge in full. No reason needed. Email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout. The refund goes back through Polar to your original payment method.

Cancel

Cancel any time from the link in your Polar receipt or by emailing us. Alerts keep running until the end of the paid month. We do not charge again after you cancel.
