Salesforce pricing per user

Salesforce Sales Cloud charges per user, per month. The price depends on the edition. Starter Suite can bill each month. The other paid editions bill per year.

This guide shows the per-user prices from the Sales Cloud pricing page on October 23, 2026 and what teams of 5 to 50 pay.

Salesforce price per user, by edition

Prices are per user, per month, in USD.

Edition Price per user per month Billing
Free Suite $0 Free
Starter Suite $25 Monthly or annual
Pro Suite $100 Annual
Core $195 Annual
Advanced $395 Annual
Max $550 Annual

Salesforce says Sales Cloud pricing follows a per-user, per-month subscription model. You pay a monthly fee for each user who needs access. Most Salesforce products use annual contracts.

Core, Advanced and Max arrived on September 3, 2026. Core took the place of Enterprise, which was $175 per user per month. Advanced took the place of Unlimited, which was $350. Salesforce says existing customers on the old editions keep their pricing. See the Salesforce price increase 2026 page for the sources.

What each edition adds

Starter Suite or Pro Suite?

Pro Suite costs $100 per user against $25 for Starter Suite, so the step up is $75 per user per month. The page lists monthly billing for Starter Suite alone. Pick Pro Suite when you need more automation and customization.
