Housecall Pro pricing per month: every plan, quoted
Housecall Pro sells field service software to home service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, and more. Its pricing page shows three plans. This guide lists each price as the page showed it on October 17, 2026, and covers users, payment fees, extras, and how the cost compares with Jobber.
Live data for this vendor sits on the Housecall Pro pricing page on SaaS Price Watch, which we re-check each week.
Housecall Pro plans and prices
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Users included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $59/mo | $79/mo | 1 |
| Essentials | $149/mo | $189/mo | 5 |
| MAX | $299/mo | $329/mo | 8, plus $35/mo per added user |
The page shows each annual price next to the savings: $20 a month on Basic, $40 on Essentials, and $30 on MAX. The free trial runs 14 days with full access to MAX features, and Housecall Pro says no credit card is needed to start.
The pricing page shows sign-up offers, such as "Sign up today and save $53" on Basic. Offers change, so treat them as a bonus, not as the price.
What each plan adds
Basic covers the core tools: online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoicing, payments and consumer financing, a price book, job costing, and review management.
Essentials adds routes, flat-rate pricing, checklist automations, photo reports with markup, employee GPS tracking, commissions, and QuickBooks Online sync.
MAX adds a sales proposal tool (listed as a $40 a month value), recurring service plans for maintenance agreements, route optimization with live traffic, open API access, a dedicated onboarding specialist, and escalated phone support. Per the FAQ, MAX is the plan that includes Zapier and the open API.
What Housecall Pro costs by team size
These totals use the annual prices from the table above.
- Solo owner: Basic at $59 a month, or $708 a year.
- Crew of 3: Basic covers 1 user, so the next fit is Essentials at $149 a month ($1,788 a year), which includes 5 users.
- Crew of 8: MAX at $299 a month ($3,588 a year).
- Crew of 10: MAX plus 2 added users at $35 each, which comes to $369 a month if the $35 rate applies on annual billing. Confirm the add-on rate with sales.
Payment processing and other fees
The pricing page lists these items on every plan:
- Card processing rates "as low as 2.59%."
- A 1% fee on bank payments.
- Check deposits through the mobile app at no fee.
- Live phone and chat support, the iOS and Android app, and English and Spanish options.
The FAQ says Housecall Pro does not require long-term contracts and that you can downgrade at the end of the current billing period.
Add-ons and AI features
The pricing page lists add-ons and AI team members with no prices next to them: CSR AI (which it says answers every call and chat, day or night), Pipeline, Payroll, Accounting, Business Coaching, Voice, VGPS and dashcams, and Websites. If you want CSR AI, ask for its monthly price in writing before you sign.
Industry packages can show different prices
Housecall Pro's HVAC software page shows higher numbers than the main pricing page. Its FAQ, dated "as of July 2026," says HVAC software for individual users starts at $79 a month on Basic, $229 on Essentials, and $399 on MAX. For teams, it lists Basic at $79 for one user, Essentials at $299 with five users, and MAX at $649 with eight users. The plan cards on that page show MAX at $349 for 1 user, which does not match the FAQ. If you run an HVAC business, get a written quote that names the plan, the user count, and the billing term.
Housecall Pro vs Jobber on price
Jobber prices by plan and team size. On annual billing, Jobber Core is $29 a month for 1 user, Connect starts at $99, Grow starts at $149, and Plus starts at $399 for 5 users. Extra Jobber users cost $29 a month each.
For a 5-person crew on annual billing:
- Housecall Pro Essentials: $149 a month.
- Jobber Connect for 5 users: $149 a month.
- Jobber Grow for 5 users: $229 a month.
The two land close for small crews. The choice comes down to features: Jobber lists QuickBooks Online sync from its Connect plan up, while Housecall Pro lists QuickBooks Online sync on Essentials and puts Zapier and the open API on MAX. See the full side-by-side on Jobber vs Housecall Pro and the Jobber pricing page.
Cheaper and pricier alternatives
If Housecall Pro's price does not fit, our Housecall Pro alternatives page lists tools with public prices. Two examples from the same check date: ServiceM8 starts at $29 a month with unlimited users and 50 jobs a month, and Kickserv starts at $60 a month for 5 users. For the whole category, see field service software pricing compared and the field service category.
