ServiceM8 pricing
ServiceM8 does not charge per user. Every paid plan has unlimited users, and the plans scale by the number of jobs a month. Starter costs $29 a month for 50 jobs, Growing $79 for 150 jobs, Premium $149 for 500 jobs, and Premium Plus $349 for 1500+ jobs. A Free plan covers 1 user and 30 jobs a month. Cost per job and per year
Our math, using the job limit of each plan:

The cost per job falls as the plan grows. If a crew runs close to a plan limit each month, the next plan up can cost less per job.
What a team pays per user
Since users are unlimited, the cost per user depends on team size. Our math for 10 users: Starter works out to $2.90 per user a month, and Growing to $7.90. Per-user tools such as Tradify charge each user, so ServiceM8 tends to cost less for larger crews with fewer jobs.
Extras
- Additional jobs on Premium Plus cost 20c per job. The table lists no extra job price on the other plans.
- Text messages cost 10c per SMS on Free. The table lists SMS as free on the paid plans, and the FAQ says an overage fee applies to SMS sent over a plan's monthly cap.
- ServiceM8 Phone starts from $19 a month, priced for the business with no per-user fees.
