The Envoy add-on costs $0.75 per resolution, billed each month. Help Scout lists a 3-month free trial for it.

- Plus: advanced workflows, two advanced SLA policies, a secure customer portal, unlimited AI Drafts, round robin routing, and Salesforce, Jira, and HubSpot apps.
- Pro: unlimited workflows and SLA policies, more routing types, SSO and SAML, HIPAA compliance, up to 50 light users, and a dedicated onboarding specialist.
