Jira Service Management price increase 2026: Service Collection went up on October 13
Yes. Atlassian raised the list price of Jira Service Management, now sold as Service Collection, on October 13, 2026 (Pacific time). The Standard prices below come from Atlassian's own pricing tables. Our read of the live pricing page on October 18, 2026 shows the new prices.

Per year is the monthly price times 12. Annual plans list one price per year for the whole tier. Change is our math from the two prices. Atlassian's change table lists Standard monthly prices. The Premium monthly prices come from the plan data on the pricing page: an archive copy from October 5, 2026 for the old price, and our read on October 18, 2026 for the new one.
This page covers Service Collection Cloud list prices in USD, per agent. Atlassian's table labels each monthly band by its top agent count (15, 100, 250 and so on). The plan data on the pricing page gives the band edges we use here. On annual billing, you pay one price for your agent tier. Enterprise went up on the same date. At 300 agents, Enterprise went from $168,500 to $185,000 a year.

- Monthly plans: bills on or after October 13, 2026 PT use the new prices.
- Annual plans: quotes made or changed on or after October 13, 2026 PT use the new prices. Renewals on or after that date pay the new list price.
- Atlassian honors a quote made before October 13, 2026 PT at the old price until the quote expires.
- New subscriptions, plan upgrades and user tier upgrades on or after October 13, 2026 PT pay the new price.
- The Free plan for 3 agents is not on Atlassian's list of plans with new prices. The list names Standard, Premium and Enterprise.
- Marketplace app prices do not change as a direct result, Atlassian says. Each app vendor sets its own price.
- Discount percentages for Academic, Social Impact, Classroom and Open Source licenses stay the same.

A browser read of the page (saved as service_collection_pricing_headless.html) shows $21.50 for Standard and $55.28 for Premium per agent per month at its default of 75 agents. That matches the new bands: 15 agents at the first price and 60 at the second.
An archive copy of the Service Collection pricing page from October 5, 2026 has plan data dated 15-10-2025: Standard $25.00 and Premium $57.30 per agent for the first 15 agents, and $750 a year for 3 agents on Standard.

Yes. On October 13, 2026, Service Collection Standard went from $25.00 to $26.90 per agent per month for the first 15 agents on monthly billing. Premium went from $57.30 to $61.60. Annual tiers went up on the same date.
Is Jira Service Management the same as Service Collection?

What does the increase cost a team of 10 agents?
On annual Standard, the 10-agent tier went from $2,500 to $2,700 a year, so $200 more. On monthly Standard, 10 agents pay $1.90 more per agent per month, so $228 more a year.
What does the increase cost 25 agents on an annual plan?
Standard went from $5,650 to $6,100 a year, so $450 more. Premium went from $13,600 to $14,500, so $900 more.
Can I keep the old price?
Atlassian honors a quote made before October 13, 2026 PT at the old price until the quote expires. Quotes made on or after that date use the new prices.
