Zendesk raised the price of its Contact Center add-on in June 2026. It went from $50 to $83 per agent a month paid yearly. The Suite and Support plans kept their prices. We did not find a Zendesk post on this change. The pricing page lists Contact Center under featured add-ons at the new price with no note about the old one. The old price comes from an archived copy of the same page.
