Zoho Books pricing per user
Zoho Books charges per organization, not per user. Each plan includes a set number of users. Paid plans run from Standard at $15 per organization a month on yearly billing, with 3 users, to Ultimate at $240 a month, with 15 users. Extra users cost $2.50 per user a month on yearly billing, or $3 billed monthly. Figures are in USD from the US pricing page on October 26, 2026, and exclude local taxes.
