Okta sets a $1,500 yearly contract minimum for Workforce Identity. Our math: on Starter at $72 per user a year, the minimum covers about 20 users, so a team of 10 pays $1,500, not $720. On Essentials at $204 per user a year, the minimum covers about 7 users.

- Professional: Essentials plus Device Access, Identity Security Posture Management, Identity Threat Protection, a sandbox, and the maximum Workflows.
- Enterprise: Professional plus API Access Management, Access Gateway, and machine-to-machine tokens.
Okta Customer Identity
Customer Identity is a separate product. The page says it starts with a required Enterprise base product at $3,000 a month on yearly billing, with add-ons priced on usage such as monthly active users.
